Forklift and pedestrian interaction
Observe traffic flow, crossings, marked lanes, visibility, dock interfaces and site-specific practices. Operator competency certification and equipment engineering assessments are separate matters.
Industrial & distribution workplace assessments · Mississauga, Brampton & the GTA
Warehouses change constantly: deliveries, racking layouts, material-handling equipment, temporary workers and competing pedestrian routes can create evolving risk. SENVRIC provides practical inspections for GTA warehouse and distribution operations with findings that managers can act on.
Independent workplace health and safety consulting. On-site assessments by appointment; service scope and fees agreed before work begins.
Where we can help
A useful inspection considers how work is actually performed across shifts and work zones. We select the relevant topics with management before the walk-through and record findings based on observed conditions and available evidence.
Observe traffic flow, crossings, marked lanes, visibility, dock interfaces and site-specific practices. Operator competency certification and equipment engineering assessments are separate matters.
Review visible storage conditions, aisle clearance, load management practices, manual-handling exposures and apparent racking damage requiring competent specialist evaluation.
Observe loading interfaces, housekeeping, vehicle-pedestrian separation, accessible exits and the positioning or use of selected safety controls.
As agreed, review availability of training records, WHMIS information, machine guarding and energy-control procedures. Identify documentation gaps without pretending a brief visual review is an exhaustive compliance audit.
Assessment approach
We start with the facility's process: inbound and outbound shipments, workforce size, lift-truck types, tenant or contractor interfaces and any recent concerns. During the walk-through, we observe the agreed areas and ask practical questions about training, equipment use and near-miss response.
A strong report separates urgent safety concerns from longer-term improvements. If the inspection identifies conditions requiring a professional engineer, certified equipment examiner, hygienist or other specialist, we'll flag that limitation rather than issue an unsupported certification.
Exact deliverables and turnaround are established in the written quotation. This is a visual and documentary advisory review, not an engineering inspection, regulatory certification, or guarantee of compliance.
Our approach
SENVRIC reviews your health and safety documentation and policies, audits the agreed areas of your site, identifies compliance gaps, hazards and control weaknesses, prioritizes findings by risk, and provides clear corrective actions with practical implementation guidance and follow-up support.

No. A SENVRIC visual workplace safety inspection is not a mechanical certification, engineering assessment or licence for equipment operators. Specialized evaluations must be arranged separately.
No. SENVRIC is an independent advisory consultant. We can support internal preparedness and hazard management, but do not act as a regulator.
