Workplace Safety Assessments
A walkthrough of your site with fresh eyes. Hazards, housekeeping, guarding, traffic, storage, and work practices documented as you actually run.
Senvric is a workplace safety and compliance consultancy for GTA industrial workplaces. We walk your floor, document what's actually happening, and give you a prioritized plan to correct it.
3 meaningful findings or you don’t pay.The FindThree Assessment
The Senvric model
FindThree
Every FindThree assessment carries one commitment: if our on-site review cannot identify at least three legitimate, actionable safety or compliance findings at your facility, there is no charge for the assessment.
Legitimate
Real gaps a reasonable employer would want corrected — not padded observations.
Actionable
Each finding comes with a practical correction you can actually assign and complete.
Documented
Photographed, rated by risk, and written up so nothing depends on memory.
FindThree is a commitment about the value of the assessment. It is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance, and it does not transfer or reduce your legal obligations as an employer.

We compare your current practices and paperwork against Ontario health and safety requirements and flag where the gaps are.
Findings are only useful if they get closed. We help scope the fix, sequence the work, and verify it was done.
Policies, training records, JHSC documentation, lockout and hazard procedures — reviewed for accuracy and day-to-day usability.
Ongoing site visits, refreshed inspections, and a consistent point of contact for the questions that come up between them.
Structured investigation support after an incident or near miss: sequence of events, contributing factors, and practical prevention steps.
An on-site assessment of your facility during normal operations — not a paperwork exercise from a desk.
A written report with photos, a risk rating on every finding, and a clear view of what to handle first.
Corrective action support: what to fix, how to fix it, who owns it, and confirmation once it's done.
Monthly visits and continuing support so safety stays maintained instead of resetting after the report.
Scope is tailored to your site and process. These are the areas we review on a typical warehouse, manufacturing or logistics assessment.
We focus on environments where equipment, movement, and people share the same floor.
Racking, forklift traffic, loading docks, seasonal staffing, and high-turnover shift work.
Machine guarding, lockout/tagout, noise, chemical handling, and maintenance work practices.
Yard movement, load securement, driver and dock interaction, and terminal housekeeping.
Service shops, facilities teams, and mixed-use industrial sites with varied daily work.
Every finding is documented with an image so there is no ambiguity about what was observed or where.
Findings ranked by severity and likelihood so limited time and budget go to the right items first.
A working document with owners, target dates, and status — usable in your next management meeting.
A direct conversation with leadership walking through what we saw and what it means operationally.
A short, plain-English summary of the immediate actions, with no jargon and no filler.
Senvric is an independent workplace safety and compliance consultancy serving industrial workplaces across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. We work at the site level: we walk the floor while work is happening, document what we see, and hand back findings your team can actually act on.
Our focus is narrow on purpose — warehousing, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and mixed industrial operations. That means assessments grounded in how these sites really run: shift changes, seasonal staffing, shared traffic aisles, and maintenance work that doesn’t wait for a scheduled window.
We don’t sell paperwork. Every engagement ends with prioritized findings and corrective action support, so the report turns into completed work rather than a binder on a shelf.
Senvric is a private consultancy. We are not the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, and we have no regulatory authority. We do not issue orders and we do not report to or act on behalf of any regulator. Our work is advisory, and responsibility for compliance remains with the employer.
Most GTA operations don't need a full safety team. They need someone consistent who knows the site, shows up on a schedule, and keeps corrective actions moving. That's the role Senvric fills — fractional, outsourced safety support that works alongside your management team.
Senvric supports your program. It does not replace your legal responsibilities as an employer, supervisor, or constructor under Ontario law — those remain yours.
